VOTE To Return Delegate TOM CAMPBELL to the House representing Greenbrier County. I have a proven track record of honesty, integrity, hard work and loyalty toward Greenbrier County and West Virginia citizens.

*     The Governor appointed me to the 21st Century Jobs Cabinet of West Virginia in September 2006.

*     The Speaker of the House appointed me Chair of House Education in 2005 – This is the highest leadership position Greenbrier County has had in the legislature since 1996.

*     I was a member of the Legislative Work Group for Worker’s Compensation Reform. That reform is helping the WV Job Climate to improve.

*     I was a member of the Interim Committee for Malpractice reforms that helped enact legislation enabling our doctors to stay home.

*     The Speaker of the House appointed me as a House conferee on both the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the prescription drug legislation. I remain a supporter of health insurance coverage for all of our children and lower prescription drug prices for everyone.

I believe WV is on the right track--
ü    8,100 new jobs in 2005
ü    Per Capita Net Income Growth at 15th Best in US
ü    College going rate 4% above national average
ü    Education Week rated WV Schools an A for use of Technology

I believe in supporting Greenbrier County—
Ø    Funding for Senior Centers in Rupert and Fairlea
Ø    Funding for all of our Fire Departments
Ø    Funding for all of our community centers
Ø    Funding for all of our libraries
Ø    Funding for water systems
Ø    Funding for our local schools
Ø    Funding and expansion of Greenbrier Campus of New River Comm/Tech College
Ø    Funding and expansion of WVSOM
Ø    Funding for the State Professional Theatre of WV(GVT) and Carnegie Hall
Ø    Government Support for the Western Greenbrier Coal Project

I believe that my service in the Legislature has benefited Greenbrier County and West Virginia. Please vote Nov. 7 for me to continue COMMON SENSE LEADERSHIP to keep West Virginia and Greenbrier County moving forward.
